Making sure his patients are comfortable in the dental chair is one of Dr. Franco’s top priorities. As a dentist with honest concern and compassion for every person he treats, Dr. Franco focuses on providing personalized, high-quality care to patients of all ages.
Dr. Franco graduated in 2000 from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico-San German with a major degree in Biomedical Sciences and two minor degrees in Chemistry and Music Education. In 2005, he graduated from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry. Next, he pursued his general practice residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton Ohio.
Following his passion for oral surgery, he completed an oral and maxillofacial surgery fellowship at the University of Florida in Gainesville, and in 2008 he completed a residency at the VA Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.
Dr. Franco is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association and the Cincinnati Dental Society.
When he is not in the office, Dr. Franco enjoys the outdoors, golfing and photography.

Getting to know her patients on a personal level is important to Dr. Toro. As a dentist with a genuine concern for meeting the needs of her patients, she focuses on making sure they understand their options and have the information required to make smart and educated decisions about their oral health.
Dr. Toro was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In 2003, she graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a bachelor’s degree in microbiology. Following, she decided to pursue a career in the dental field. She attended the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry, and graduated in 2007.
After graduating from dental school, she continued her education by completing a general practice residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. After moving to New Milford, Connecticut, she worked as a dentist in a private practice for five years. Dr. Franco and Dr. Toro are now the proud owners of Village Park Advanced Cosmetic and Family Dental.
Dr. Toro is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Women Dentists, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Cincinnati Dental Society.
She continually expands her knowledge by regularly attending continuing education courses that focus on the latest dental technologies and techniques which she uses to improve the care she provides her patients.
